Creased and soiled. 15.8cm x 24.8cm "James backhouse B.D. Vicar General in Spirituals of the Right Reverend Father in God by divine Permission Lord Bishop of Bristtool lawfully constituted. Do by these presents make known to all men that on the Twelth Day of December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred And Eighty Three before Us the Reverend John Campion D.D. our lawful surrogate, the last Will and Testament of Richard Newall late of the parish of Saint Philip and Jacobin the County of Gloucester and Diocese of Bristol, Maltster deceased hereunto annexed was, approved and registered and administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Deceased and any way concerning his Will was granted to John Noble and Charles Andrews Joint fiduciary Executors named in the said will the said having been first sworn upon the Holy Evangelist well and faithfully Administer the same and to make a true and perfect inventory of all singular the said goods chattels and credits and to exhibit the same into the Registry of the Episcopal Court of Bristol on or before the last Day of March next ensuring and also to render a just and true account thereof when lawfully required. (Born 30th September 1697 - Died 30th December 1793). William Haylock was a carpenter and had built a windmill. The will was proved on 20th September 1794 and the receipt and seal are also attached.
